A son of Lithuanian refugees, Jonas Kulikauskas is a Los Angeles based interdisciplinary artist inspired by his heritage, fatherhood, and faith. His works have been exhibited by the M.K. ─îiurlionis National Museum of Art, Lithuania and the California Museum. His project, Yosemite People, culminated in an award-winning book, a national tour, and has been entered into the permanent collection of the National Museum of American History, Smithsonian. Kulikauskas is a Fulbright award recipient and has lectured at Otis Art Institute, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and ArtCenter College of Design where he has been a part-time faculty member since 2002.
